It had to be replaced under warranty then I had a problem with it after install. But your tech support was outstanding.

Easy set up. Love this thing. Can monitor and adjust vacation home too. Excellent app. Works well with heat pumps too. Thank you Honeywell.

Stopped cooling. Turned off/on at box and it got better. Thermostat isnt really easy to connect with app; isnât precise enough.

Figuring out how to use it with WiFi took a little time as the directions did not seem very clear to me. Once I figured it out, I have been very pleased with the way it works

I had issues getting this thermostat to connect to my Wi-Fi when it was new. Reconnection should not require opening the app if the connection is lost. I have an older Honeywell Wi-Fi thermostat that puts this one to shame.
