I replaced my existing thermostat with this piece of JUNK. I wanted to remotely monitor my system with my iPhone when I was working away from home. As soon as I got it connected to WiFi, my AC system shut off. I could not get the system to work until I disconnected the WiFi and deleted the app from my iPhone. I had to immediately leave for business, I hope my system is working now. I’m going to go back to my original thermostat as soon as I get a chance to rip the T6 PRO “SMART” thermostat off the wall.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
