When it is not offline for scheduled maintenance it works great. It is frustrating when it has to be reset with your internet after Honeywell schedules maintenance for an extended period of days. The manual and website needs to be more thorough.

Had this unit with my old HVAC unit but had problems with it. So far this one is working just fine. However, the app still âremembersâ and lists the old unit as off line.

I really like the functionality of the Honeywell - particularly its integration with Google Home. That being said, I'm only giving it a 4 because it's ugly as hell. Black and white with a boxed design...improve the UI and form factor please!
