It did take a few tries to get the app to work, but once it connected to the two thermostats it has been great. The app is easy to use and controls both of our thermostats superbly. This is so much easier to use than our system at out last house.

The device 2 days after the contractor set it up disconnected itself from my wifi - 2g. Have followed all the online and user manual recommendations without success. Connecting to wifi should be straight forward even the contractor had initial probs

It was confusing and difficult at beginning. I had a BIG PROBLEM with understanding HOME / AWAY and SLEEP / AWAKE. But saves me $ now.
