App stopped working when I'm in my own home. Can't program a schedule from app even when working properly. I end up having to go to the thermostat for all activities. Very limited function compared with the Nest in my prior home. I'll be going back to that

Fairly easy to use. As with all new electronic gadgets, there is a learning curve. Having to learn how to work around some of its auto features such as I want temp to start going down to 72 degrees at 10pm, not start to go down at 9:30p so that it is 72 by 10pm. So I had to program it for 10:30p, and it kicked on at 10p. Still trying to figure out vacation mode. Never sure what time I would get home from airport, etc. Thought the geofence would kick AC on, but nope house was 85 and had to lower thermostat manually. I guess I should have turned off vacation mode on my way home. Still learning!

Not Enough Programs. We have time of use and only allows 4 programs per day. We want to have windows open in the morning / come 9 turn on AC / come 3 super cool before 4:00 time of use / 7 normal cool / 10 bedtime cool. Really needs to make more allowances for people who have more than here/away 2x a day.

Clear and easy to use. I like that I can check and change settings from my phone or tablet. While I haven’t used it yet, it availability of using Alexa so set it is cool. A particularly nice feature is being able to see run time for the HVAC system. One thing about the runtime numbers is the time delay from the date and when I look.

When we go away for a few days I can turn the temp up or down while we are away saving money. I can check the setting and temp from any location at any time. Then before we start back home I can set the temp back to any setting which means our home is comfortable when we arrive.
