The thermostat works fine. The app leaves a lot to be desired. Why is there no way for a user to see the daily runtime? Such an easy thing to add, my 8 year old thermostat did it, not sure why anyone would write an app that did not include it these days.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to rate the Honeywell Home T6 Pro thermostat. Currently, run-time data may be delayed by 2-3 days (Ex. It's Tuesday, but I can only see Sunday and older data). This is normal operation for this feature.

Honeywell T6 will only connect to legacy 2.4 Wi-fi

The T6 wi-fi thermostat is the most legacy product I have ever owned. It will only connect to a wi-fi network that is standalone 2.4 and will not work for latest dual band 2.4 and 5. You have to upgrade to a T9 to be able to connect. It is a waste of money. Honeywell need to reprogram

Maybe it’s because it was installed w/o my consent by the builder and they didn’t leave the instruction manual… but I’m not a fan of this thermostat. I had an ecobee for 4.5 years and loved it. It was very simple to use and efficient. I just may replace this for that. It’s hard for me to figure out how to use this thermostat via the wall for things such a as locking it so my kids don’t touch it. Or setting limits to how high or low the temp can be adjusted to.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Hi, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble with your unit. Below I listed a link to the full user guide for this model, on page 10 you'll find instruction on how to enter the installation menu, on page 15 you'll see the option to set the limits. You can access the screen lock setting by pressing and holding menu and tap select on screen lock.
