Works good to change temps and the schedule is easy to schedule. Have had a few times that it has gone offline and I wasn't able to reset until I came back from vacation to reset.

I gave this a 5 only after the tech for SW air conditioning spend 2 hours on a recent Friday night at my home trying to get it to work with my Samsung 8 edge +. It only connected to my home network when we used my daughter's Samsung 6 edge +.

Very hard to connect to Honeywell web site. Wiring was not hard at all. It connected to my internet easy but had a hard time getting Honeywell site to recognize my thermoatat

Constantly loses connection and then reads register online for outside temperature. I don't have anything that reads outside temp. Then it's a pain in the butt trying to connect back to Wifi.

Our air conditioner company suggested we buy this then nobody knew how to program it. It is too complicated! I don't need all the features but don't know how to make it simple. Sometimes the heat doesn't come on and I have no idea why.
