The unit was builder installed. Programming was straightforward and easy. We haven't had one issue with it. The Wi-Fi works reconnects when the power goes out or the carrier drips the feed. We have had 3 different carriers works great with each one.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The WiFi is inconsistent. The schedule feature requires you to set a heating function otherwise it will cool below the set temperature.

The unit does work well. Instead of having to select either cooling or a heating mode, we wished that it had a dual hot/cold mode. This would be advantageous during seasons of the year when there are large temperature variations.

Very disappointed that this thermostat cannot run on automatic fan! You must choose either heat or cooling. This does not work for shoulder seasons as the nights are cool(need heat) and the days are hot(cooling); I am constantly switching between them.
