The product works well. The WiFi set up was easy. BUT, the detailed set-up was difficult, as there are a large number of optional settings since this thermostat supports many system types. The owners manual optional settings tables need to be written to match the thermostat UI.

Delighted with these units. I absolutely love being able to adjust and monitor the temps remotely. They also do a much better job of actually regulating the temps in my house than our old units. My only complaint is that the current-conditions page on the Resideo app is slow to refresh, so I typically have to wait for 30-60 seconds to get the current conditions and to make changes. Other than that, I recommend them without reservation

This system keeps kicking itself off the WiFi and then it’s a pain to try and reconnect. It takes forever just to connect in the first place. I also hate that it is only heat or cool and there is no auto option.
