The system mostly seems to function good but is not very user friendly. It also continually loses its connection with Alexa.

The thermostat is simple and clean, no complaints about that if you aren’t particular about the look of it. Easily installed by the homeowner if you want to switch out your thermostats. The Resideo app that is used for this thermostat isn’t really the best. It doesn’t give you real-time usage.. in fact.. it actually is delayed about 2-3 days. We like to look at the run time because we have a fully electric house with solar panels.

Took 3 different HVAC techs before I found one that could connect my cell up to the thermostat. I had given up on connecting remotely, but a tech that came out for a repair was able to do it. Also, you can't program any of the days as a group but must program each day.
Very inefficient as compared to the previous thermostat I had when I replaced the furnace in previous house.
I could do M-F & weekends as a group.
