Contractor not up to speed on features of this thermostat and had a lot of problems connecting to wifi. Does not have indication when in AUX mode. That is how I normally detect problems with heat pump.

This WiFi thermostats will not stay connected to the WiFi. I understand it disconnecting but you have fully reset it to get it back. It only stays connected for 15 mins or so. Then it disconnects. HORRIBLE PRODUCT!

Thermostat is easy to use, the app is fine. My request with the App is to have the font size of the 'setting' be larger. The current temp is huge font and the setting temp is tiny, there's plenty of real estate to bump up the setting font pls!
