I'm still getting used to it. I have two thermostats and one system. Not sure it's working properly.

I am not sure if it is my lack of knowledge or your product, but I am very disappointed. When I tried to use the programmable feature, it would kick on an hour before the temperature change and I was never sure it the temperature moved down.

Was installed in a timely manner at a crucial time when our furnace at our lake condo had quit working-I just happened to ask our repairman if he had a Honeywell home and he did! Consequently installed it immediately and we can now be assured.

Guys/Gals. This thing is amazing! I set it and basically forget it. I have it turn the heat on 20min before I get up and then have it set to cool or heat 20min before I get home. Not to mention I can adjust it on the fly from anywhere, using the app.

Had trouble at first connecting with the app to the thermostat. All connections were full on router. We got it connected after a few times. Itâs worked perfect since
