I was a little bit apprehensive about using this high tech product. We had been using an antique Honeywell thermostat since we moved into our house 41 years ago. I must say that it only took me two days to master the new thermostat, and I love it.

The thermostats (we have two) are not working with our units well. If I have the house set to 69, it can be 73 or 74 before it turns off. If I set it lower, it gets too cold in the house. Still trying to figure them out.

We had to have the thermostat replaced with a new one, thankfully it was under warranty. We have had routinely poor connectivity with the system, no it isn't the internet connection. No other devices I have on my wifi have had trouble.

The thermostat works great when its working. I like its features, but we installed it in a vacation home. When there was a power outage, the WiFi modem rebooted but the thermostat did not. You must be present to restart it which defeats the purpose.

I purchased this for an uninhabited place, My only complaint is the app has no alerts to tell me the heat isn't working, I have to manually check the app every day, mind you that's more convenient than driving to check the heat, but frustrating when
