Loved the ease of use, but wasn't compatible with my new American Standard HVAC system so it had to be replaced. A/C and Heat cycled on with less than a 1/2 degree temp change.

Can not get anyone's attention for a faulty unit

I have tried several times to obtain information on repairs or replacement of our unit. I believe it is still under warranty. We bought condo unit in February 2024 and the unit shuts down and the screen is inoperable. Can anyone help please?
