This thermostat has its share of bugs. I am not impressed, it's not a "live update" and I often have to restart the Resideo app for the app the get the latest "info" from the Thermostat. Also, the touch interface is lacking. It came with my new home, but if I had the choice, I would have chosen a different one.

Hi, thank you for taking the time to rate the T6 Pro Smart thermostat, we appreciate the feedback and will utilize your comments.
We hate this thing!! Because it has no Auto setting to automatically switch from Heat to Cool for the days when the outside temperatures are in the 30s at night, but back to the 80s by the same afternoon. That is most of "winter" here in Central Florida, which means we have to remember practically every day to manually switch off the heat as soon as we wake up in the mornings and switch of the A/C as soon as the sun goes down in the evenings. The manual says it has the same Auto setting our 20 year old thermostat has, but it absolutely does not!! I don't know if we somehow got an old version of the "T6 Pro Smart Thermostat" shipped with the manual for a newer version that does have the Auto setting, but how it happened doesn't matter to me. I didn't think it was possible for an expensive brand new digital thermostat to be worse than our prior 20 year old thermostat, but I was soooo wrong!!

Thermostats were easy to setup after HVAC company installed my new gas boiler and T6's. They are super simple to use and all controlled via the Resideo app. Couldn't be happier with the T6 Pro Smart Thermostats and Resideo app!
Got my first electric bill and it was sky high! Immediately wondered if the fan was on so I checked but there wasn’t an option to turn the fan off. But there is a ventilation option…it’s very difficult to find and not on the main menu. I will. E replacing this with a nest thermostat asap because my builder installed this on and it’s terrible, not user friendly and not eco friendly.

Hi, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble with the settings. The fan options are Auto where the fan turn on only when heating or cooling is running, On where the fan continues to run constantly and, Circulate where the fan will run at least 33-35% of the time. Our Support Center link at the top of the page has all the ways you can get in contact with us to discuss where the issue may be.
Works as advertised, I thought lower set point temp would have been 40F (garage app). I would have like to have seen some more control on the circulation fan option.
