I don’t like that there is no information other than temperature of house. I like having humidity and outdoor temperature on the screen, especially since my hvac company charged a small fortune for the Resideo thermostat. Very unhappy with it.

I want to like this thermostat, because it was relatively easy to install, however, there are quite a number of deficiencies in the programming and capabilities. There is no QR code to easily set it up, apparently they abandoned that very simple feature, and opted to have the individual unit generate a code, which can be very difficult to produce. Setting up the thermostat on a smart home system for me was impossible. I simply could not get any of the thermostats added to any smart home system that I tried including Google, Apple, etc..
Finally, some of the most basic features, such as trying to lock the thermostat to prevent people from adjusting it is a very difficult process. It should be extremely simple.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
