We went from an old analog mercury switch, so a new cable/wire needed to be run. The was a bit of a surprise and a challenge to the installer, but they worked it out very well

Very poor install they did not know all the functions, and did not explain anything about the functions and settings. Also do not like that there is no outside temp reading other than internet connection....

The thermostat seems to work ok, but is not intuitive and doesnât work well via the phone app for multiple people - at least not in my experience. Could be more straightforward and clear in how it operates and displays settings.

Was in house we rented. Had used a nest thermostat in our old apartment. Love the T6 once we were used to programing it.

My old Honeywell thermostat gave us much more information, this one does not even come close. No outside temp reading or humidity reading. The main screen gives very little information.

Easy to use; appreciate being able to monitor (or adjust) home temp when I'm away from home. Always return to a warm house now!
