I love the ease at which the temperature is controlled physically or remotely. I also enjoy being able to put it on a schedule and forget about adjusting it manually.

Hard to set up. If you live in the county without dependable WiFi I would not recommend it.

Seems to lose Wi-Fi signal quite a bit and doesn't always adjust when someone is home in setup in the system

Had great difficulty in connecting to the internet as our property is serviced by an internet connection that was not compatible with the unit.

Initially had difficulty getting the app the work. Almost gave up. Tried again weeks later and got it to finally work. It's been fine since.

Received the thermostat as a Christmas gift from my husband. We travel quite a bit in the winter and he thought it would give me piece of mind when we are gone. We leave our kitty quite often and living in WI, temps can get very cold. Its been great!

But two units. One unit filled within 24 hours and had to be replaced. After installation same unit went off-line repeatedly. Had to be removed from wall to reset. Iâm out of the country and both of the units are installed or off-line.
