Doesn't stay connected to phone app. The thermostat seems to work, but occasionally the connection to the phone doesn't work. I thought it was because I wasn't home, but it happens at home too. Not sure what the problem is.

It's a decent thermostat, but it isn't as reliable as I would like. I've had it for 3 months, and I've had to re-initialize it twice by removing it from its connector and then repeating the installation process. In 2024 there's no excuse for that level of unreliability in an electronic device.
