Seem great at first...... Install the thermostat in remote location vacation home. Suddenly I went from a 30 dollar a month electric bill to 450. I shut down the hvac. Electric bill remained the same.....THE UNIT WAS OFF.....had neighbor go in and flip breaker day electric went to normal. Call company....they had no idea told me call an electrician. Funny thing is i bought a honeywell thermostat for home at the same time....SAME THING HAPPENED,....this one installed by hvac company

Thermostats are OK, resideo app is disappointing.

The wifi thermostats work well. How they continue to perform over time will obviously take time to tell. Our previous honeywell thermostats worked well for 3 years.
The resideo app to remotely control the thermostats is a disappointment. Our application requires frequent resetting of the schedule to control the furnaces and not having settings for each day of the week means much more manual attention to the thermostat settings.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Si-di connection is a pain and once set up it comes and go’s. The wi-if signal at my house is fine but it keeps loosing the thermostat
