The thermostat wouldn't accept Android for wi-fi installation. Contractor had to borrow an Apple phone to install. While the thermostat functions well, we are very disappointed with the wi-fi feature.

The down stairs Thermostat works fine, the upstairs Thermostat will not save a schedule, only works manually.

Easy to use. It works better than my Nest That it replaced. I can't figure out how to add the second thermostat (for the second a/c unit) because the app does not indicate the model that is in use. Just saying it should be easier.

Thermostat froze. I disconnected from wall socket and reconnected which unfroze it. One remote stat change request did not get implemented. I had to request a change when i arrived
