This device constantly needs Wi-Fi reconnect -which still has not after 4-6 hours I gave up-I’ll try again in the morning. This is a pain! It’s morning still no WiFi reconnect! i’ll wait until nine and call the company/live chat

Thermostat is large print easy to read and control. Is easy to program for home and away. I enjoy to be able to use my Resideo App to control away from the house.
Auto mode does not work as expected. Switches to Heat or Cool but does not switch back to Auto.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like this t-stat. I just wish the phone app would provide daily data without a 4 day delay. Seems like the daily data should be available shortly after midnight each day. Also, as part of a dual fuel system, it would be good to know when the outside temp drops below the set point for the heat pump and the furnace kicks in.
Positives: Looks aesthetically pleasing, easy to check (light up) at night, easy to adjust temperature. Negatives: No "Auto" range for heating / cooling, No way to create a variance temperature from SET temperature. * If someone at Honeywell wishes to contact me, I would love to know if more capability exists that I have not yet discovered. Very complicated to set up. The tech had to come out the next day because the unit would not shut off.
