I HATED it at first cuz the app didn't work properly with the router. Obvious it wasn't just my problem. It took over a year though before you guys totally changed and updated the app and now it work great and I love it!!!

I am pleased with the operation of this thermostat, except that it will not automatically switch from heat to cool (or vice-versa). With the Honeywell Home app, it can be operated with a smart phone or voice control using an Amazon Echo.

This thermostat is in my vacation property so having the ability to monitor and control from a distance is very convenient and provides peace of mind

i have 4 in my house and 3 work fine. the fourth has errors all the time. It is obviously defective. i need a replacement unit. how can i get one?

I was disappointed to learn that my thermostat is 7-day programmable only with my smartphone. My old thermostat could do this stand-alone. I really count on the 7-day feature. If I drop my phone, my thermostat loses half its value immediately. Ouch.

Constantly getting notices that the thermostat is having trouble communicating with wifi. Checked wifi connection and everything is working properly. Then sometime during the day the thermostat connection starts working.
