First one failed. Just stopped working and screen blank. Had to pay service call to achieve that determination. Replacement was under warranty. The replacement is working fine. I like the simple scheduling feature so I can run less heat at night.
Works really well and the app is mostly good. But taking one star off because I can't find a way to make it automatically switch to backup heat when the temperature drops below a certain level.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Thermostat is not working properly and looses connection with the app and constantly glitches.
For a smart thermostat, it should be able to switch heating and cooling modes automatically. The only smart thing about it is that it connects to the internet. I have a non-internet-connected thermostat in my other home that can automatically switch between heat and cool cycles.
