Product great, however the app is not always compatible. Even after calling into your customer service department for help, the app works on my iPhone it does not work at my wifeâs iPhone

Great product. I was planning on replacing them with the google nest but Iâm going to keep it. Actually gonna replace the upstairs T6 with the T6 wi-fi.

Effective touchscreen and control choices. Aesthetically not pleasing to the eye. Compared to everything else it is one of the most ugly thermostats I have ever seen on a wall. It is very bulky and industrial looking.

We could not get it to sync with my phone or computer. WE installed it 6 times. it could see the internet. but it could not hook up with anything else. Very disappointing.

It is not as intuitive as the Carrier thermostat that it replaced. And not all of the features are available unless you connect the thermostat with your phone (which is also no easy task) and your phone must have a newer version of Android(like 9).

You have to have a pretty reliable WiFi strength for the thermostat to function properly. When initially installed, the WiFi strength was not great and we were not able to use all of the functions of the thermostat.
