I have been using it remotely since installation and it seems to work perfectly! Our old one was never very accurate, usually within 2 degrees up or down. This one seems very accurate so far. Anxious to try the geofence next. Very happy so far!

My thermostat program still reads "thermostat offline" I can adjust the temperature, but not the mode or program. I have reset the wifi many times and have no change. Too complicated. I would never buy it again.
