I get a lot of emails that say thermostat is offline or can not communicate to my network. Even though the wifi is only approximately 10' from the thermostat and on the same floor. I have had to reset this thermostat at least 4 or 5 times. Please con

I am getting a lot of intermittent messages saying it canât connect to WiFi and the devices periodically show as offline in the app.

Since we are retired, I would like the option of defining the 4 zones (wake. sleep, etc). I may want to define sleep beginning at 9:00pm

I like the wifi connection and the ability to monitor and change the temperature from my smart phone. The Geofence is where I have a problem. It worked when I first set it up and I loved it. Now it only works sporadically and is not at all reliable.

Never worked right with the heat. Cold air came out when on the heat setting and warm air came out in the off mode and would never shut off. Had to unplug it to get it to turn off. Replaced it with a more manual one

The unit is in our vacation home. We are not there now, but we are able to control the temperature there with the phone app. We were unable to set a permanent hold at 55 from the unit itself. We canât figure out how to set up a weekly program.
