We continue to get an error message that neither us or the dealer can figure out or clear. The dealer is in the process of replacing the first unit since he believes it may be defective.

Terrible product bought for my second home to control with WiFi 2 weeks later it disconnected now I have nothing till I get back out there to reconnect! Totally of no use to me will replace with something else

Very happy with my Honeywell T6. I can remotely change the temperature either by my phone or just tell Alexis to set temp.

The thermostat is very easy to use. Itâs good looking and a nice size screen. The WiFi mobile app is so convenient and also very easy to use.

I love being able to use my phone to control and monitor my HVAC system. However, the temperature in the room does not respond quickly to the temperature set. I have two systems. One works great, the other not so much. Disappointed.

It was installed with a new A/C system. Programming it was simple and it has done an excellent job of maintaining the temperature at a comfortable level. The only problem I had was finding the right app.
