Not so much the thermostat but the application several times just freezes and shows the first page for no reason and then hours later works

Simple, when it works. Likes to lock up and not respond to the touch screen. App is reliable. Unplug it from the wall resets it all and it works again until it doesn't. Calling service back out, again.....

Works well, my contractor set up the furnace and AC side, then I setup the wireless side. Realtively easy to setup the wireless portion. I haven't setup the scheduling yet but plan to in the future.
