Setup connected to WIFI and then Alexa worked twice and then stoped. Tried to setup again and could not, thermostat kept seeing printer wifi not home wifi. Have not had an luck with support to fix issue.

Works okay. Schedule seems to have a problem. Sleep schedule set temperature defaults and until runs continuously but temperature doesn't change. Just operate manually and I don't have issues

I like this unit a lot. BUT, why does it not have a dimming feature to turn done of OFF the display? If it does have one, it is cleverly hidden. I could not find it in the instructions.|
My old unit had an outside temp readout. This unit relies on accu-weather. why not have a sensor on the compressor unit?
Other than those grips, it works well, and the IOS app is good.
