Easy to use. Set it and forget it. Alerts are my favorite feature. Always informed on whats going on with my system.

We had 10 T6's installed w/ a new building & a renovation. I've spent hours trying to connect 5 different ones to the wifi & have only managed to get 2 of them. It has been a massive headache. With that said, if they ever connect, it will be AWESOME!

I like being able to control the thermostat from my phone. I wish I could set up a different schedule (time of day settings) for heat versus A/C. This is one of my biggest beefs with Honeywell. I change the times when switching over.

Still not able to connect to the thermostat by the phone app. The thermostat was installed as part of a new Carrier AC system by a contractor. The contractor said that the system works fine, but he could not get the app to work so left it to me.

I wish it would learn our behaviors, similar to the nest. Probably the only feature I would add if I could. However that aside, I've been very happy with it and the Alexa integration it offers.
