We had 2 T6s installed both work fine, but the WiFi on both keeps dropping their signal for 20-30 min. each day, but it reconnects itself with no problem.

Easy to use and the app is great. I use the app to control everything more than the thermostat itself.

Things should be simple, efficient, easy to install, easy to use - and all of these should actually work the way you would expect without experimentation or desperate hope. This device does all of that flawlessly, as if designed by the consumer!!

This is my first WIFI enabled thermostat, Wish I instilled it years ago. I was controlling the temperature in the house from Washington D.C.

I am not happy with the new app. I am also not happy that I can not use any of the old thermostats with the new app or the new thermostats with the old app. I don't like that I have to have 2 different apps to control the different stats.

We already had a older programable thermostat that worked OK. The contractor installed this one with a new system. The new one is far too complex, I don't use or need most of the features such as WIFI.
