Very few actual options to customize experience. Previous thermostat from Carrier superior in almost every way--appearance, ease of use, ability to actually have options. This thermostat seems like the latest technology from 2005.

Excellent compatibility with Alexa, app works great. The display is large and has good contrast which is helpful for people like myself with vision issues. The geofencing and scheduling available in the app are extremely easy to use and useful

Works great, and allows us to set the temperature ahead of time, and to adjust t down heading back from a long weekend or vacation. Looking forward to using it this winter also.
