Had a WiFi thermostat from different manufacturer that kept shutting my furnace off when I went to increase the temperature remotely!!! Had our HVAC contractor come and he recommended the Honeywell Resideo which has worked perfectly. Highly recommend Honeywell WiFi thermostat

Can’t reset wifi remotely

I bought this for our vacation home. I was annoyed to find out I can’t reconnect to WiFi remotely. What a pain in the menu! I would never have bought this if I had known I could not manage restoring a Wifi connection remotely. You also can’t program remotely. So disappointing.

I bought a new home and it came with t6pro when i try to install with alexa its not connecting with it whenever i connect with alexa after 5min its getting disconnected from alexa. very poor performance and if someone from the thrmostat team kindly contact me what to do with this.
