Thermostat works great, but requires an IT person to get it functioning. Luckily I have a software engineer for a friend, who, after studying the directions overnight, was able to figure it out. The installers weren’t even able to decipher them. Good luck if you’re a novice.

Thermostat doesn't tell the real temperature in the house if it is hotter than the set temperature.
