I had a contractor install for me.The same contractor installed the ac unit on my new home.He recommended the t6 model.I called and spoke to one of your technicians and he walked me though it .So far so good ð

Our internet is 5G. Your software doesn't work with 5G. Conflicted with my other APPs on my cell phone that need 5G. We came home to a house at 80 degrees. The away feature didn't work properly. Geofence knew we left, it didn't know we were home.

Still learning how to use it but I like I can turn the air up when Iâve already left the house so it isnât running nonstop and using more electricity.

Coming from a standard T6 Pro, installing the Wifi version was a breeze. The configuration settings also aligned with the non-wifi variant. Overall, no complaints! It works beautifully with my Apple Homekit infrastructure.

First one installed failed after two weeks because of a power outage. Was told there had been issues with this particular model. Company installed a new one with no problems currently. Time and next power outage will tell.....
