Had trouble getting unit to link up , mechanic got several reply log on numbers and was still unable to link up,finally got it to link up..
I have had problems linking up. Need to make things easier to use or have a human available.

This thermostat was already installed in our new home. It was super easy to get signed onto and take control of it at home and away! I love being able to check the temperature of the house while we are away! Super easy to setup!

It is 2025 and this product requires a 2.4ghz only modem to allow it to connect to the internet. They can't possibly be serious. This product should be taken off the market - I can't believe that professionals are even installing it.
