Very confusing on how to use it and set it up. Watched several YouTube videos and was still confused. Had to have someone else set it up for me. Think about your customers who are elderly. Make a version easier to use. I know someone at your company must be able to do that if they can make one that isn't user friendly. Would rather have it be an option to get a thermostat similar to what I grew up with or like the one I used for over 30 years -- you turned the dial up or down to the temp you wanted. My son put the app on my phone and that is even more confusing. I don't bother using it.
Does the basics well but I have to keep constantly unlink and reset for it to work with Alexa with is the biggest reason for choosing a WiFi thermostat
This app has worked fantastic. I live 300 miles from my retirement house and wanted to be able to control the temperature. Also have it hook up thru my electric company and get a small discount every month.
