I enjoy the programmation flexibility of the system throughout my smartphone. The drawback is that in one month of utilisation i experienced a communication problem between the system and my smartphone and that was not an user friendly thing to fixe, but i finally succeeded. Overall i am satisfied.
Doesn’t stay online. Only device in house that drops connection
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

2nd/3rd ones we've owned. generally works fine most of the time. one unit occasionally disconnects from wifi. although it's connect to our 2.4g, strongly prefer these units work with 5g which is now more mainstream.

Thermostat is very easy to use and set. Very bright backlight on the panel so easy to read. Resideo mobile app is a game changer since I am allowed to control the panel remote.
It is amazingly fantastic to have the freedom of being able to remotely see & set my AC and heat Since I travel out of town quite frequently. This way I can turn my AC/heat way down when I am away & set it back higher before I return home! So no more returning to a hot or cold house -- I love it and am so glad I finally did it!! I do have a split HVAC system so I ha to install 2 remotes but it is great cause I can have a different temp setting for my bedroom upstairs than the downstairs. It's one of those things you wish you had done a long time ago hut so glad you have it now!!
