The thermostat looks great and I love the wireless feature but it has gone online twice in one month, including when I have been away. Since I have to be in the house to get it back online, I cannot monitor the temperature of the house now when I am away and I cannot reheat the house remotely before returning home. I don’t know why it so easily goes offline, but that is very disappointing.
Easy to understand and use. It's mobile app is convenient. You can check your homes temperature from your from when you are home or away and turn your heat or a.c. on or off and set a schedule if you want all from the app from the thermostat. Great product overall.
Runs quietly and is able to control from my phone.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I moved into a brand new home that has this thermostat pre-installed. I am one savvy, quick-learning person but, this thermostat is not user-friendly, nor something you want to have to figure out as the seasons change. I have done the obvious to the setting, yet I feel out of control of the temperature of my home. I am pleased with my utility bill so far but, I am unimpressed by the control I have of the temperature of my home. My children are being affected by this and I at the point I want to replace it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like the thermostat except for the fact that it does not display when the system goes into backup heat mode. My previous thermostat would display AUX HEAT ON when that occurred.
