I like having the ability to regulate the thermostat remotely. I had trouble setting it up though. I called and someone was able to walk me through the set up. He had a great deal of patience as I am technology challenged! I had a very good experience.
Easy to use and works great. We just se this in our cabin and can remotely start the furnace before we arrive so it’s nice and toasty when we get there.
Easy to operate and quite accurate. Got up to speed in just a few minutes

NOT a SMART Thermostat

Our builder installed two of the T6 Pro Smart Themometers when we built our house two years ago. In the two years, the app/device stayed connected to Wi-Fi for less than one month total. Meaning we cannot control our thermostat remotely or even if in the house; we have to physically get up to set or change. For the price; this is a JOKE. The technology is absolutely horrible; the apps don't work either. Resideo, HoneyWell Home, etc.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

DONT buy honeywell!!! Warranty sucks

My t6 died after a year and honeywell dont want to warranty it because i installed it myself. They want me to return to the guy who sell it to me but he dont want to warranty it because he didn't installed it. Dont buy honeywell product they dont back there 5 YEAR warranty. 30min chat for nothing. It would have been so easy to just send one back to me!!
