2 Thermostats Died - Screen Blank and Feel Hot

We have a 2 year old new construction home and these thermostats were installed by the builder. The downstairs unit failed within the first year and was replaced by the warranty with the same model. The upstairs units just died but is unfortunately outside of the home warranty. In both cases the unit screens went blank and were hot to the touch. These units are terrible.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Ok but could be better

For the most part the thermostat and all is OK. But wish we could set up more than 4 times for temp adjustments in a day. Our old one we could set up I have no idea how many. But we got a new HVAC system a few months back and this is what they installed, and we liked being able to have 6 different times and temps programmed.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This thermostat came with our home. I’ve had one problem in the 3 years of using it.
I called customer service & they walked me through a new add device setup to get it syncing with our Wi-Fi.
They were very helpful
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great product. Easy to setup. Would like to see some additional features. I used to have Sensi with humidity reporting so I would know if a door was accidentally left cracked. This thermostat does not feature this function. A nice-to-have would be the ability to customize the background picture on the app.

This thermostat is great! It has all the features I want, is highly customizable, and works well with my AC and heat system. I especially like the geofencing option so my system goes to "home" mode and starts cooling when I'm within 2 miles of home.
