App constantly crashes.

I’ve owned three of these. One quit working and was replaced with a manual unit. The convenience is great, when the app works. It constantly has to be rebooted. I wanted these because we have a beach condo and controlling the temp remotely is great as long as the app doesn’t crash or the thermostat just quits. It seems to be the only remotely controlled unit contractors use so just hope for the best. Wish someone would make one that works with app better
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We were very reluctant at first because neither of us are very technology savvy but this has been extremely easy to use. We love that we can control the thermostat from anywhere or check to make sure things are working properly. At our age it’s a little tougher to learn new things, but this was an easy transition.

Why heat or cool your home to full comfort level while not there?
Good instructions for self-install, some of the terminology used in the literature needed a little research for clarity.

When my home was built I had to leave immediately for an out of state job assignment. During this time period I had no way of regulating my thermostat for the changing seasonal weather. Since setting up I can adjust my temperature 800 miles away. It gives me the outside temperature and inside temperature. Love it.
