Itâs a great product but when you take it off permanent temp it jumps up to 84 automatically.

The install and setup was horrible, but once we called support to figure out why the instructions weren't working, it was ok. Please get a hotdiz so there isn't a work around for the setuo

Instructions confusing for both tech and consumer(who has has certifications to work on wifi, routers, etc). Other than instructions, I am happy with the product.

This is an absolute nightmare and a horrible experience - the thermostat CONSTANTLY goes off line - what is the sense of having an app on smart phone when it NEVER works - DO NOT BUY - DO NOT RECOMMEND this thermostat.

Love controlling heat/central air from the app on my phone & that system knows to turn back on when I am close to home! Great suggestion from my contractor!
