When we finally got the app to work it did for about a week. The appp stopped seeing the thermostat. We tried to reconnect it to no avail. We tried contact the local service who was supposed to help us connect it initially and received no callback. In my opinion your app is useless if it doesn’t work.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very recently installed, so not a long track record. But very easy to set up and use, quite "user-friendly" even for "technological morons" like myself! Really like the ability to pair it easily with my iPhone and control temperature settings while on the road.
