This product is too unreliable. The App forgets my credentials requiring me to log back in frequently.

It would be nice to have notifications sent to me when itâs to hot or cold to my phone or email. Also get put notifications for changing the filters.

The Wi-Fi functionality is terrible on these thermostats. Constantly having to reconfigure them, they lose connection to the Wi-Fi router. The Wi-Fi setup is not intuitive in any way. Bottom line is they redesign the software from the ground up.

My wife and I built a brand new home and we immediately had the âsmart thermostatâ, Nest, removed and replaced with a Honeywell since the Nest gave us so many problems!

Love it - but wish there were more day/date/timing options. Itâs made our controlling the clubhouse temperature much easier & cheaper to not leave the âturning up & downâ to those who often forget.
