I was not happy to learn that the app would not connect with my galaxy s7. I found it awkward to have to borrow an apple phone to finish the connection. I had numerous contacts with honeywell and their last advice was to use an apple phone.

Had two installed in a week called tech support both times, couldnât get them to work, switched to an ecobee, works like a champ. Nest worked even better on my old system but contractor wouldnât warranty Nest on new system.

Could not stay online so I took it out and installed a T-10 and that one works perfect

The Geofencing does not work. It keeps on saying I'm home and away throughout the day and night even while we are at the house sleeping. Hey that fixed and it will be a good product.

The filter countdown doesnât allow you to see the progress on the actual running time of the system to gauge how much time is left to change the filter the one that came with was a Honeywell 6000 that allowed me to see how much time was left.

Sometimes when trying to set T stat remotely from internet it does not change the t stat set point
