Just installed about a week ago, so far very cool. Love having app to control temp. Haven't got deeper into the setting and scheduling but will fine tune these devises.

T6 Experience Disappointing

I can't tell if the heat pump is connected incorrectly or if the T6 just can't manage the heat & A/C long term. I've had the installer out multiple times, it works for a little bit and then I can't shut off the heat or air through the app, I have to shut down the power to the heat pump. I'm paying ridiculous electric costs because this thing won't shut off, I'm ready to rip it off the wall. The manufacturer should replace these with working units, and NOT T6's.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
