Please verify that your T6 thermostat is already connected to Wi-Fi and registered under the Resideo app. Then go to the Alexa app, look for the Resideo skill and enable it, select all your devices so Alexa can discover them. Get rid of google nest and switch to Honeywell!

This is the best thermostat I have ever owned. I downloaded the app.on my iPhone and so anywhere in the house I can adjust the temperature. Even if I’m in the bedroom and it gets too cold, I can turn it up. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who is on the fence.
