Easy set up and install. The biggest issues I have are that you can’t tell if it is running or not running just by glancing at the display. It only shows the current temperature. That’s it. The app leaves a lot to be desired. It has a three day delay on data. In the age of modern technology, that doesn’t even begin to make sense. The app also doesn’t show any data on cycle length like other manufacturers are already doing. It also runs the programming on some alternative clock that differs from how you program it. For instance, I have it set to drop two degrees at 8:45 pm. At 7 pm one unit is already kicking the cool air on to lower it. The other unit kicks on around 8:10 to do the same thing. Not sure I would buy another one of these thermostats moving forward.
I wish I was able to control the mode and menu from my home.

Basic functionality but missing important features like "Auto" control to allow shifting between cooling and heating; no humidity indication and control like similar type thermostats.
