I Like the thermostat but I haven't found an automatic mode where it would switch from cool to heat or vice versa to maintain the temperature. This would be a situation found during the change of seasons.

Does not work well with Alexa. Will not let me turn off and seems to struggle with voice commands

A contractor installed this with our new AC. We love it and the app so much, we bought and installed another for our second unit.

Came with home I purchased. WiFi feature had not been activated and no instructions were with my paper work. Found info on line and setup unit. Easy to follow instructions. Once I understood programming logic I was able to operate unit with.
