I love the Honeywell thermostat. When Iâm going to my beach house l turn the thermostat on so itâs either cool or warm when I arrive depending on the time of year. Everyone should have one.

It works fine with the app from my Android phone. The only drawback I see is that it is not compatible with my Alexa devices.

The thermometer is a few degrees off. Difficult to set the cut in/ cut out of the AC. No idea how it will work when itâs winter. Iâm worried this unit will run my system more than needed resulting in higher energy costs. Not a happy customer.

I had trouble connecting the wifi to the thermostat. After help from the contractor and calling Honeywell support, I found I could not connect the wifi with my Android phone. The contractor had to connect it with his Apple device.

The unit works well except for the geofences It does not adjust when I leave the area.

Love my new thermostat. I'm able to keep the temperature comfortable. The thermostat is easy to set and operate.
