Everything works fine except it tends to go offline sometimes. Oddly, it can only be reprogrammed and connected by my old phone I used to set it up. Not my new phone. Drove me crazy the contractor couldn't figure out the problem.

Easy to install provided you have the common from the transformer at the thermostats. Help from tech support was execellent and it operates at this point flawlessly Thanks

We travel a lot and we live the fact that we can adjust the temperature from my phone and have it cool when we get back home again

We actually replaced this thermostat with our old one. Was not user friendly. Kept resetting itself, maybe it was defective. We set it to run cooler through the night, we woke up once to 80 degrees in middle of night, we hadnât changed anything

It's worked just as I wanted. A huge improvement from the manual it replaced. Geofencing and remote access have been useful and easy.

I wish this stat had Wifi capability of 5ghz. I also wish it had outdoor sensor read out and indoor humidity readout. It works as advertised and is a nice unit. I am a Hvac contractor and this stat is in my shop. The app works well too.
