We a short term rental property and this allows me to control the thermostat when the property is empty. First month after installation our electric bill is 1/2 what it normally ran.

Purchased two of these, both quit working within 7 months of original purchase, they were both replaced both replacements quit working. Downgraded to a non Wi-Fi model it worked fine on one unit but not on the other. Put our old thermostat back on and have had no issues since. I would NOT recommend the t-6!

The T6 Pro Smart is better than the average thermostat, but could have a few more features added like a house humidity reading. It is easy to work with.
