I'm fine with the user interface and the connectivity to Amazon Alexa, but the Honeywell Home app is almost too simple, and doesn't always connect to my phone (Pixel 2, Android 10.0).

We had a Nest but decided to switch to the Honeywell with our new AC. Works great. Love that we can access it remotely.

The only problem is I cannot access the thermostat with my phone, it says no internet connection. My husband can access, but it was set up on my phone. So confusing, sorry. Besides the access problem great!

Awesome! Simple to operate after the initial set up. Set up was pretty easy, and I'm not technologically gifted. :) It's so nice to be able to adjust the temperature from anywhere. Too warm in bed? Grab the cell phone and boom...magically cooler.

We also have a place with a Google Nest thermostat -- it provides additional functionality of showing the energy usage history, which I find very useful.

This thermostat was installed by a contractor hired by my home builder, Lennar. It's an excellent product and the installer did an excellent, professional job.
